success 
*	How to foster positive team growth in 10 minutes or less in
meetings to strengthen team attitudes and morale 
*	Confidently facilitating all of the Initiatives taught in the
workshop 
*	How to maximize their debriefs with team members using the Stop/
Start/Continue technique to transfer the learning to the workplace

Change is all around us today. We change managers. We change the look of
our buildings. We change our policies and procedures. Property taxes are
cut. Our budgets are reduced. And sometimes we are told to change how
our library will operate. It is important to understand that we as
individuals must come to grips with the underlying psychological effects
of major change. And if we do not, we will be ill-equipped to deal with
that change and to help others deal with the change. This is a must for
all staff members.
