If your public access computers are running Microsoft Windows 7 as the
operating system, this feature is built-in.

Pressing the Windows-Logo key and the "U" key at the same time will open
Ease of Use or Accessibility options where you can turn on or off options
for visual or hearing impaired patrons.

This will work on older versions of Windows as well, but won't have all of
the functionality.

If you need additional product information you can start at

Subject: [OPLINLIST] Zoom Text Visually Impaired and read aloud Software

Hello to all,

I have a request from a patron to install a program that will assist them
visually and will read aloud to them on our public computers. Does anyone
have a good not so expensive suggestions?

Any help is very much appreciated.

Thanks,

Brenda
