[OPLINLIST] Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Opportunity Online, ALA/PLFTAS results available

As part of the BMGF Opportunity Online grant public libraries completed
the ALA/PLFTAS survey which contained additional questions specifically
for those libraries participating in the grant.  The BMGF has compiled
summaries for each state participating in Round 3 of the Opportunity
Online as well as a national summary.  These documents have been posted
