[OPLINLIST] Director's search re-opened

The Trustees of the Tiffin-Seneca Public Library have re-opened the 
search for an energetic, creative, team-oriented leader to fill the 
Director's position, soon to be open due to retirement.  The staff is 
well trained; the organization is in sound fiscal condition and we 
are looking for a new Director to create strong, innovative 
services.  The successful applicant will have an excellent knowledge 
of current program and management practices, comfortable with all 
technologies impacting libraries today, and must have strong 
collaborative skills.  The willingness to become a part of the 
community is essential, along with a well-honed vision of what a 
library can be to its district.

Position requires an MLS, 5 years library experience (which includes 
3 years administrative experience).  Salary:  Minimum of $60k, 
additional dependent upon experience.  Position available July 29,
