[OPLINLIST] book leasing

I am interested in the pros and cons of book leasing programs, and if that
would be a good fit for a small, rural library.  We would want to lease only
popular fiction titles (by best-selling authors) while the demand is high.
Which lease program does your library use and do you find it cost-effective?
Was it easy to set up? Please reply off-list (unless there are others out
there also curious).
