Hi Everyone,

If you are a library using the OverDrive service I recommend speaking
with the person in charge of eBooks at your library or consortium about
individual policies or agreements with OverDrive regarding
out-of-service area patrons using the OverDrive service.

If you are part of the Ohio eBook Project and have questions please
contact me directly off-list.

Thanks!

Hey all:

I'm thinkin' that there could be a surge of "out of state" patrons
paying the yearly non-resident fee to get a library card from your
library so that they can access the Ohio eBook Project. We charge $25.00
for a yearly non-resident fee, and that would be a bargain for
out-of-staters who are tired of paying for their eBooks and whose
libraries have not started any eBook collection.

What say you? Do you anticipate a rise in out-of-state patrons?

Susan
