[OPLINLIST] Badge Maker

Please excuse cross-posting.  I'm looking for a badge maker to use in
programs.  We'd really like to stay close to the $200 range, and it needs
to be easy enough for kids or teens to use in programming.  Does anyone
have a recommendation?  If our budget is way off, please let us know that
as well.  We're looking for the usual size badge with a pin in the back
that is covered with a piece of plastic over the image in the front.
