[OPLINLIST] Responses for: Charge for ILLs Especially Those Not Picked Up

Thank you to everyone that responded.  Here are the results I received.

I received 20 responses

7 libraries charge for ILLs.  The charges range from $0.50 to the cost to mail items.  One additional library charged $1 when the budget was tight but stopped charging as soon as their levy passed

3 libraries responded that they charge for ILLs not picked up ranging from $1-$3

2 libraries put messages in patron records when they do not pick up ILLs.
