Fiscal Officer-Twinsburg Public Library
Due to a retirement, the Twinsburg Public Library is seeking a Fiscal Officer to oversee financial operations of the Library with an annual budget of $3.2 million. This position ensures that all financial operations comply with the statutes of the State of Ohio, state auditing requirements, and the policies and decisions of the Board of Trustees. This position reports to the Board of Trustees and works closely with the Library Director.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Consideration will be given to candidates with:
*       Previous public sector financial management experience with increasing responsibilities.
*       A bachelor's or associates degree in accounting or other directly related field.
*       Experience with Payroll and HR, especially employee benefit management.
*       Demonstrated strategic planning and budgetary experience.
*       Demonstrated ability to supervise others and to maintain effective working relationships with others.
*       Proficiency in use of automated financial data processing systems (CMI preferred),  computers and Excel databases.
ALSO REQUIRED:  Successful completion of criminal background check, credit check and proof of auto liability insurance.  Must meet bonding requirements.
This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position with a 37.5 hour per week work schedule.
