Yes, there is such a thing as a free lunch.  Join us at OHIONET for a
relaxing, informal meal and share some effective ways to deal with rude
online users without losing your cool.

Our party kicks off at noon with an informal lunch and discussion about the
merits and challenges of providing VR service.  You’ll hear from Brian
Leszcz, Website Coordinator for Ohio’s homegrown virtual reference
service--KnowItNow24x7.  Then, beginning at 1 PM, we will gather ‘round the
big screen to join the OCLC-led presentation, *Best Practices in Virtual
Reference: What the @#$? Dealing with Rude Patrons Online.*
