[OPLINLIST] charge for scanning?

My thoughts...

We do not have a large demand for scanning so we do not charge.
If there is only a few to scan, staff will do it.

A few time there were many and the staff person did a quick training for the
patron to do the work.

We do charge for printing the scanned item but most times it is just put on a
memory stick or emailed.

We previously has a scanner at one of the patron PC's but it just wasn't used much.
That one had a text file on the desktop with instructions for scanning.
(Deep Freeze'd, of course)

Since your scanning will be by a copier, just a normal print charge might be
best and easiest.
You also might check if your copier vendor charges you per scan or just per print.
