[OPLINLIST] charge for scanning?

This probably has been addressed before...

Do other libraries charge for scanning patron documents?  Our situation may
be unique, in that they will be using our public copier to scan their items.

Do you charge by the page, and how much?  It will take some staff time to do
this, so that is why I am wondering about charging.
