[OPLINLIST] AV material loss

Dear Oplinlisters:

 

We are experiencing quite a bit of lost and missing AV materials.  Do you
have any helpful suggestions regarding limits on DVDs or CDs?  How do you
handle DVD series?  Do you barcode each disc in a series or do you just
barcode the whole season of a show?  How long do you circulate your DVDs?
What about series?  Any limits on how many of these items a patron might
have checked out on their account at one time?  Any thoughts would be
appreciated as we plan changes to our policies.
