Are you offering an adult summer reading program for the first time this
year?  Or thinking of starting one sometime, but don't know how to
begin?  Or have you been doing adult SRP for years, and just want to get
some new ideas from other libraries?  Whether you're a newbie, or a
veteran of adult SRP, the Ohio Adult Summer Reading Mini-Workshop is the
event for you.  It takes just an hour!  And it's at your desk!

 

Ohio Adult Summer Reading Mini-Workshop

Wednesday, January 30, 10:00 - 11:00 am

Web-based training via Adobe Connect

 

Sponsored by Ohio's Regional Library Systems and the State Library of
Ohio.

 

Speakers:

Susan Cozens, Westlake Porter Public Library

Teresa Huntley, Dayton Metropolitan Library

Linette Porter-Metler, Public Library of Mount Vernon and Knox County

 

Attend and learn about an "outside the box" approach to making a
memorable and buzz-worthy SRP, plus insights on programming,
collaboration, and more.  Speakers will cover both using the CSLP theme
and developing your own adult SRP theme.

 

This workshop will be held online via Adobe Connect.  Instructions for
accessing the online workshop will be e-mailed to you prior to the start
of the session.   

 

Registration is required.  There is a $10 fee for this workshop.  The
workshop is open to all Ohio library staff members.  Register with the
