[OPLINLIST] free newspaper rack

Free to the first responder, this wonderful wire newspaper rack.

Photo is attached.

The bottom section of the rack is broken, but this item will still carry and
hold 8 single issues or you may add multiple issues into each slot.

 

Due to shipping issues, responder must agree to pick up the rack in person
during library hours.
