[OPLINLIST] any thoughts/ideas?

Hi all!

We are thinking about having a staff development day, and wondered if you
would share thoughts/ideas, or share what *your* library includes in the
day . Specifically, we'd like to know:


   - How you handled the library closing.
   - Paying employees
   - All day? Half  a day?
   - Speakers - Can you recommend a motivational speaker? We are a
   sarcastic, funny group so who would you suggest?
   - Training sessions? What kind of training?
