Due to an upcoming retirement, The Hubbard Public Library Board of Trustees is seeking applications for the position of Library Director.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree from an ALA-accredited library school. 3 - 5 years public library experience; administrative experience preferred including budgeting, personnel and facilities management.  The successful candidate must have an aptitude for computer technology and a willingness to stay abreast of new technology.

The Library offers a comprehensive benefits package and a salary commensurate with experience.

Applicant must be able to pass a criminal background check, financial background check and drug screening.

Located in Northeastern Ohio with 11,153 registered borrowers and an annual circulation of 261,307; the library is a member of the CLEVNET Library Consortium. A 1.9 mill continuing levy was passed in 2010 by 68% of those voting.
