Keynote address by Nancy Fried Foster, Senior Anthropologist at Ithaka S+R.  Research interests include participatory design of library technologies and spaces. For almost ten years, Dr. Foster directed anthropological research at the University of Rochester's River Campus Libraries.  Title of the talk is, "Changing Libraries by Design" and will focus on collaborative library design incorporating information that is generated in the participatory design process.
