Could it be the Charmed Pie Shoppe Mysteries by Ellery Adams?

I appreciate everyone's help. Your suggestions have all been good, but we haven't found it yet. This is rather like searching for the red book with gold lea,f that is about so tall and thick but not too thick - a lot of detail, but still very vague.

It is a cozy mystery. the main character inherits a [bakery, muffin, pie] shop from an aunt. There are crafters [knitters, needleworkers] who meet there. There is a ghost who haunts her [the shop?]. There is a deputy sheriff [named Duncan?] and his bad boy [our patron thinks] brother, both vying for the attention of our main character.
