[OPLINLIST] book + CD audiobook packaging

Great Courses no longer ships items in the big clamshell cases that accommodate the several CDs and printed course book that make up the set.


Has anyone had success in finding an alternative? Beyond Demco, Brodart, and Gaylord I'm not sure of where to look.
