[OPLINLIST] library temperatures

What temp do you keep your building on?  My circ staff is having a meltdown,
literally, because I have our programmable thermostat set on 75.  Our
electric bill was $200 more last month (and it wasn't even that hot).  What
do you consider a comfortable temperature, for staff and patrons?
