Children's Librarian

The Delaware County District Library has an immediate opening for a
Children’s Librarian at the Delaware Main Library

are programming, reference, and collection development for children. (Complete

DCDL places a high value on friendly customer service and has an active
program of service to children, teens and parents. The successful candidate
will have a strong customer service focus, the ability to hold children’s
attention during programs, the ability to multi-task, and excellent verbal
communication skills. Master's degree required; experience working with
children and experience in libraries preferred.

The starting salary is $16.51 per hour (negotiable commensurate with
experience), with insurance benefits and a strong institutional commitment
to continuing education. This is a full-time position and will include
