[OPLINLIST] school district library board apt.

Hello Everyone,

This is the first time I need to send a letter to the School Board
regarding the approval of a new Board member for our Library.   All I can
find in our policy book is that the name shall be submitted and voted on by
the school Board. Does anyone have a form letter that I could steal? or is
there more to this process I'm missing.
