Heather and Claire’s presentation shares their unique perspective on the struggles that accompany any attempt to enter the UX field. They overcame these struggles through the UX Apprenticeship program at The Nerdery. It was a combination of their career and educational backgrounds, their determination to become UX Designers, and their passion for UX that opened the door to the UX Apprenticeship program for them. These things not only played a large role in their entry into UX and throughout our apprenticeship, but also benefit them today as full-time UX Designers. Listeners will come away from this presentation with practical advice and inspiration to find their own unique paths into UX.
