[OPLINLIST] packaging question

We have a set of language audio cds (3 cds) with a paperback book, and are
looking at how to package this for circulation.  How do you package this and
what vendor do you use for ordering the cases?

Also, how are you packaging dvds that have multiples - for example a
television series that has more than 4 dvds?  We are not satisfied with how
we are currently doing this and are looking at any alternatives that other
libraries use.
