[OPLINLIST] AWE Learning Stations and Alternatives?

Greetings Everyone,

I was talking with our Youth Services Dept. about getting new workstations
for the youth. We currently have 5 AWE stations that the kids really enjoy,
but we were wondering if there are any other options out there that might
serve a broader range of patrons outside of the AWE computers. For example,
computers for the teen/tween crowd?

Do any of you have some creative suggestions? Are any of your youth
computers on the internet? or use particular types of programs that may be
less expensive than the AWE workstations/tablets? I would love to hear what
is available and any suggestions for helping to increase youth coming into
the library for technology.
