[OPLINLIST] Device Outreach

Hello,

I am seeking feedback for an outreach device program our library has
offered several times at our local senior center.

Attendance has been good, but the questions vary in content and time needed
to answer. This can make it difficult for staff facilitating.  Basically,
seniors are invited to bring their device and library staff members will
answer their questions in addition to library eBook questions.

Has anyone else partnered to do a program like this?  How do you structure
the program?  What do you request of participants?
