[OPLINLIST] Magazine holdings policies

Hello everyone, 

 

My library holds on to older issues of magazines for a number of years
before withdrawing them, and I am considering updating our existing
policy. I am curious how many years back your libraries keep and what
guidelines you use for determining exceptions to the rule due to
possible historical interest. Please email me directly, and if anyone is
interested I will post the results.
