[OPLINLIST] Tuition reimbursement

Our library board is looking at refining our tuition reimbursement policy.  Would those libraries that have tuition reimbursement mind sharing their policies and procedures?  I am particularly interested in those libraries that have budgets in the $1-2 million range.
