[OPLINLIST] Filtering

We use a Light-Speed Bottle Rocket and love it, at least I do. It's easy to
manage and deploy. It's a device and not software so no server resources
are needed. I've been really pleased with it's performance so far. It's
been six months since we switched from Web Sense. Its been much faster and
more stable for our medium sized library. OpenDNS did not support multiple
internal IP addresses and static addressing for multiple types of
filtering. As of the first of the year OpenDNS was not able filter
children, teens and adults differently. This may have changed since then.
