The Grandview Heights Public Library is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic full-time Customer Service Assistant to join our Circulation Services team.

Position will be responsible for providing customer assistance in person and by phone, checking library materials in and out, answering questions about library accounts as well as other duties and responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of customer service experience as well as knowledge and skill in the use of computers, smartphones, tablets, and e-readers.
