[OPLINLIST] Ethics hotline

Has anyone ever used an ethics or safety hotline service? This is a method of employees to report issues of ethics, or safety, or harassment, in a secure and confidential way.

I have used them in the corporate world but not in library world. Just looking for reviews and thoughts.
