[OPLINLIST] Emedia only library cards?

Hello, collective brain,


A teacher has requested that we issue E-media only library cards to her students so they can borrow our E-media and not worry about late or lost items.


Has anyone issued an E-media only card?  Has any library in CLEVNET done this?  If so, how did it go?
