How often do your community members use any of the statewide e-resources like Consumer Health Complete or Ancestry or Early World of Learning?  How often have you fielded questions about how to access these resources? If you aren't familiar with the state-wide and consortial e-resources that your community has access to or have struggled to help patrons access those materials, plan to attend OhioNET's upcoming webinar, "Troubleshooting E-resource Access Issues," an overview of resources available statewide and through specific consortia, like OhioLINK. Additionally, our speakers will discuss tips for what pieces of information you need to collect to start resolving the problem, who you should contact regarding specific resources, and how to follow-up and effectively communicate about the problem and its resolution.
