[OPLINLIST] Checking Out Bike Locks

Happy New Year everyone!

Our library is in the works to start lending out bike locks for our patrons
who bring their bicycles to the library. I'd love to see how other
libraries do this. My biggest question is: do you require patrons to sign a
waiver releasing you from responsibility if theft occurs?
