They encourage reading, learning, and lifelong discovery, and are proud to be recognized for engaging minds, expanding opportunities, and improving the quality of life in Delaware County.

Just around the corner from downtown Delaware, the Main Library serves the public and houses many of the DCDL's administrative offices.

The CLC shares materials between libraries and seeks to expand library services in Central Ohio by fostering collaboration between member libraries.

Joe O'Rourke is Adult Services Manager at the Delaware County District Library.  Joe is responsible for overseeing reference services, collection development, and adult programming.  Joe has an MLS from Kent State University and has been with Delaware County District Library for 20 years.
