[OPLINLIST] Join Your Colleagues and Participate in the Employee Survey Project

We wanted to thank everyone who has participated in the NEO-RLS leadership and
employee work environment survey. We are so excited that so many of you filled
out the survey. For those of you who have not had the chance to complete the
survey, you can do so by clicking on the link below. The survey will be
available until Monday, May 14th. Click here to begin survey
 
Your participation is important and will allow us to get a better understanding
of the relationship between leadership and your work environment.

Dr. Andrea Snell and Kelley Arredondo from the Industrial/Organizational
graduate program at The University of Akron have partnered with the NEO-RLS to
better understand leadership and employees’ work environment. In order to
achieve this goal, we ask that supervisors and employees click on the link below
and fill out the survey. The survey takes about approximately 20 minutes of your
time. The survey is anonymous and the data will not be linked to employees so
that employees have the opportunity to honestly voice their opinions. In
addition, supervisors are encouraged to fill out the survey in order to provide
their perspective. This will help us understand how leadership styles relate to
important elements of the work environment. If you have any questions, you can
