[OPLINLIST] How do you record your Notary transactions?

Hello,

Does your library provide notary services? We're looking at the different ways that libraries are keeping track of how many notarizations they do a month (#'s, excel sheet, record book, etc.). Would you mind sharing how you or your library does it?
