[OPLINLIST] RFID technology

Hi all,
Stark Library is transitioning to RFID technology. We would like to hear from other libraries who are already using this.

Do you have any documentation that you have used regarding staff procedures that you would be willing to share with us?

How do you handle AV returns-are you still opening each item to check for mismatched or missing discs, damage, etc?

Any advice or insight you are willing to share beyond these two questions is also much appreciated.
