Among his many accolades... To Dance was awarded a Robert F. Sibert Honor; it was illustrated by Siegel and written by his wife.  Oskar and the Eight Blessings (illustrated by Siegel) won the 2015 National Jewish Book Award.  Under Mark's tenure at First Second, Gene Luen Yang won the Michael Printz Award for American Born Chinese and Jillian and Mariko Tamaki's This One Summer won a Caldecott Honor Award.
