[OPLINLIST] Art contracts

Hello!
We are looking to do a cooperative, semi-permanent art display with a local high school.  The library will provide the supplies, and the students will create the art.

Has anyone done this and used a "contract" they could share?  We would like to have clear, established criteria in place so that there can be no issues down the line (such as who gets the art when it's changed out in a few years, who is responsible for maintenance, etc.).  We would also like to include the scope of the project and include costs, intended audience, etc. so that the focus/purpose of the art doesn't go beyond our agreement.
