The Westerville Public Library has an opening for a Fiscal Officer to lead the finance and accounting offices of our Five Star Library.

This position is responsible for preparing and managing the annual budget and financial forecast. Certified Government Finance Officer or Financial Manager preferred. Five years' experience in management of public finance office required. Familiarity with governmental fund accounting and conversion of cash to accrual basis accounting required.
