[OPLINLIST] Hoopla

A Board member asked me if I knew anything about Hoopla this morning. Does your library offer Hoopla? Is there a cost to providing it? If so, do you know a rough guesstimate? Do your patrons use it enough to justify having it? Do you find it user friendly and would recommend it? Any other information you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
