Seems worth pointing out here that, when there are meetings of
individuals like these or, more interestingly, an attorney and their
client (including juvenile clients), in a public area of the library
and within in earshot of employees like, say, a reference librarian,
one would be concerned that those employees could potentially be
subpoenaed to tell what they overheard or witnessed, getting around
even issues like attorney client privilege.
