[OPLINLIST] New look for OWL coming in June

We've updated the look of the Ohio Web Library!   The new look isn't
available for the public yet, but you can preview it here:

https://owl.sb4.oplin.org/

The new design is not only more visually updated, but more accessible to
people using screen readers. *The official launch date is currently set for
Monday, June 1st*.
