QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Humanities, Media Studies, Communications, or related degree; or a combination of other educational programs and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Related Master's degree preferred. At least five years in Management, with community relations, public relations, or marketing experience, required.  At least five years of supervisory experience preferred.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
Strategic thinker with strong analytical, communication, planning and project management skills.  Demonstrated proficiency in the marketing process with an emphasis on awareness building and marketing campaign management.    Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.  Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Ability to interpret community interests and needs and develop appropriate marketing of programs and services.  Technology skills including graphic design, photography, video editing, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and HTML preferred.  Supervises two full-time direct reports.

HOURS
40 hours per week.  Daytime, evening and weekend hours required as needed.

SALARY RANGE
$58,240 - $87,360

CLASSIFICATION
Exempt, Senior Manager; Salary Grade 410
