Good Morning,

The Delaware County District Library, Powell Branch, has an opening for a
part time, hourly, non-exempt status, Branch Associate position.  This
position will include working mornings, days, evenings, and Saturdays;
however, the schedule may change as the needs of the Library change.
Primary duties of this position include providing direct services as the
Library’s primary contact with the public in borrowing materials and
accessing Library services.  Additionally, this position will provide
reference service and programming, as required.  This position will be
required to travel between Library locations, be required to participate
and attend periodic events and trainings, and will be required to perform
other duties, as assigned.  The wage range for this position ($14.34/hour -
$21.52/hour) depends on qualifications.



The weekly work schedule for the position will be 28 hours: Monday 1:00pm –
7:00pm, Thursday 1:00pm – 7:00pm, Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm, and every other
Saturday 9:00am – 5:00pm.
