Don't miss Discovering Diverse Reads on 2/17!
It is crucial for our children to see themselves and others in the stories they read. Research has shown that even slightly more exposure to other racial groups, even through children's books, helps counteract bias and discrimination.

Librarians are in a prime position to effect positive change in future generations by incorporating diverse reads into their library's collection and programs. Though it might feel like a daunting task, this webinar will offer some resources to get you started and make the process easier.
