STILL NOT SURE WHAT THE NEO-RLS STATEWIDE SALARY SURVEY CAN OFFER YOU?
Everyone that purchases the Salary Survey results receives FREE access to CODA in addition to the pdf. Your online access to CODA is paid for by NEO-RLS and allows your organization to do the following:

  * Have 24/7 access to the data from anywhere
  * Reproduce the report data or create your own cuts, including composite cuts, to have the data the way you need it
  * Ability to look at one job or a few jobs at one time
  *   Ability to age data
  * Very importantly, you will have access to both last year's data and this year's data in CODA so that you can look at trends
  * We are also looking at adding the ability to create Peer Groups so that libraries can create a custom Peer Group and then compare their data to that of the Peer Group
We are extending the deadline to April 22nd to ensure that as many libraries as possible are able to participate. Enhance your access to wage and benefit data by participating today!
