[OPLINLIST] Birthday Policy

I hope you are having a wonderful day!

I'm working on the Brown County Public Library policy manual. We are hoping
to add a paid birthday leave.  Does your workplace have such a policy?  If
so, what is the structure and wording in your policy manual for birthdays?

I'm thinking a floating day in the employee's birthday month in case, as
with mine, it falls during a holiday or weekend.
